All the talk of the festive season at Comfy Living has prompted us to remind you to ensure you place your order well in advance of the Christmas rush.

IMPORTANT: Please read FAQ below BEFORE sending a message as we are overwhelmed by messages which could be answered with the information we provide to you. Office hours Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-2pm. Closed weekends.

• For credit card payments checkout with Paypal and enter your credit card details as a Guest: (You do not need a Paypal account). 

• We cannot provide time slots for delivery other than anytime between 8am-6pm. 

• For advance shipping dates simply send a message after you have paid nominating your preferred date.

AUTOMATIC Free Next Day deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm on the next WORKING DAY (MON-FRI) from point of order and payment (if ordered before 1pm) Monday - Friday. 

Please do not message asking for time slots or to confirm delivery dates as they are all booked automatically. WE CANNOT GIVE AM / PM TIME SLOTS, WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A TIME OTHER THAN 8am-6pm. 

Pay before 1pm Monday, take delivery on Tuesday 

Pay before 1pm Tuesday, take delivery on Wednesday 

Pay before 1pm Wednesday, take delivery on Thursday 

Pay before 1pm Thursday, take delivery on Friday 

Pay before 12noon Friday, take delivery on Monday 

Pay after 12noon Friday/Weekend and before 1pm Monday, take delivery on Tuesday

Positive feedback is important to us and we find in January customers who have experienced difficulties with deliveries over the festive season are quick to respond with negative feedback when faced with a courier delay. This is the busiest period of the year and understand frustrations especially when sleepovers have been planned at the last minute, please allow us to resolve issues and earn green positive feedback.
